Sounds good BTW.

Do you have them hihats panned to the right? Listening with my headphones makes me off balanced.

yes there is one hihat panned to the right 25%
one kick that is just centered and the rest of the beat is on an LFO panning it left and right in a sine curve

actually youre right that one hi hat to the right i should probably change back (sounds a bit static)
i was getting a bit carried away

thanks for replying!

~SiK

ps. im planning on breaking it down at the 44 sec mark to bring in some nice bass and rhodes maybe - if only i had a vocalist :-\ maybe its time to brush up on my singing skills

I might just be a huge fan of sine waves, but I think you should either dirty up the lead bell/string whatever the hell it is, and make it more synthy (rather than the ever so acoustic sound you have), or just bust out a strait up sin with delay.

I'm thinking Aphex Twin - Alberto Balsam style, cuz I think it would work with your melody.

I think it's just sitting on the fence too much and should go more dirty and acoustic, or more clean and synth, or dirty and synth.

Hey, and I liked your camel song GW! LOL meant zebra, but that sounds funny so I'm gonna leave it there.

good advice in fact i added some pretty dirty sounding bass after the break, but havent really synced it up with the main body of the song yet

(i just recorded a bit of a jam session with it)

Seeing as the weekend is over though, its gonna be at least a few days until i polish it off a bit

peace until then
