Soundproofing Studios....

I'm just getting a studio built at home and have purchased "Green Glue" to handle the soundproofing..

Has anyone used this stuff and know how good it actually is?? Also any tips I need to know before I get the internal walls built within the next 2 weeks..

It's good stuff, but there is an awful lot more to sound proofing than just that. Funnily enough I was about to start my "Build my studio" thread I've been threatening for some time.
