I gotta say man, I couldn't really enjoy this mix. The beatmatching was always spot on but the flow kept messing with my head. "turntablism" was played way too early and seemed right outta place, and then "love theme dusk", going right into "red blue purple" just didn't work...

Cheers, Fair enough. I know what you mean, i have been playing around with genre crunching a little at the moment because i play a style that involves multiple levels of BPM and rapid difference between tracks.

Myself and Nyquist Thoerem run a monthly event in Melbourne Called Interview, this style seems rather effective as its a multi genre night and i generally close the party with a 2 hour set, which would mean i am playing to an audience of Progressive/electro/house/trance and hard fans.

I am trying to reach a point where i can use my genres to build a unique sound within my sets.

ranging from atmospheric breaks, tribal, progressive house, deep prog trance, uplifting trance and techno.

so all the mixes i eventually upload i would love the feedback with as to how the sound is progressing or if its way off.
