EDIT: And to be honest, I agree with Cinos on this one. Without the vocals it would have worked better, but I still find it over-rated.

The only reason to get Wider Angle is for the live 2nd CD. It far outshines the main Wide Angle album.

Judging by who it is coming from, I would'nt put much stock into it. Wider Angle is fucking genius from Symphony to the theme from wider angle among others and then the live angle disc with the genius live versions of a few tracks. Fucking genius imo

Yes it is overrated... and their vocal stuff is fucking awful. Don't ever think for one second that I like their vocal stuff.

However, their were two tracks playing on the Morning Sci-Fi bonus DVD which I desperately wanted to know the name of. I now know that they are "Kid 2000" and "Burnin"

I agree with Cinos completely, regardless of who he is or where he's coming from. Hybrid's initial rise to fame was marked heavily by lots of fluff and gimmick (a modern "Hooked on Bach") and not that much substance. That being said, I still appreciate a few of the tracks from Wide(r) Angle but I think the album has a whole has been overrated for the most part.
