the begining is very late 80's rock. id say keep the good sounding pad behind and loose the guitar. the melody is very cheerful. i heard in trance tracks working well with descending dark melodies behind it.
0027 that synth is a little too nice. but i would fade it in with a filter. instead of having it there so abrubtly. and at this point this doesnt sound very trancy. try adding more echo with speed on 3 steps into that synth. that will make it sound more trancy... and maybe a chorus too on it.
0052 to 0055. thats how that synth should sound all the time. instead of using it as a semi lead ... use that one as an arp... with a low freq filter making it wave in and out throughout the song. but maybe dont make it go up two scales but just one. arpegio but just one scale.
the bpm is too slow .... the percussion is to basic and unoriginal... i would use some weirder intruments. and also add weird sounding effects by that matter of fact.
the bass is not very electronica at all... i would just make the bass hit more often (in notes) and make it more aggressive in the same scale but different notes.
this track for me is half way through new age and melodic trance... it could go either way.. and i think you should decide to make it longer too if you do so. (making it go one way or the other.)
best things about thesong are: i love the plucked synths you used and the pad. the melody has good potential
check my song out in :bleu 13
