When suspended, all forums are locked and MD is invisible. You can afaik pm the mods etc. As for the case of arcadia, I think the problem isn't him but all the people speculating, neo & coup know what they're doing & I'm sure if he's legit he'll be allowed back, the problems caused are usually by others who're stirring.

I liked him, he's the only person in the core the laughed with one of my replies!
