I actually am I server and I've dealt with it all, but it really is true that people respond well to positive people. If people are nice and look at me as a person then I'll be myself and go out of my way to make sure they are having a good time. When people are rude I just do the bare minimum so i don't give them something to actually be upset about.

my very first job ever was at a pizza place when i was 16. and one time there was this little black kid that kept fucking with us. he would run in, and start throwing shit. skateboarding inside and jumping on tables. he also spilled a soda on my co-worker. after doing all this, the dumbass kid decides he wanted to order a pizza. so ya we decided that we were def. gonna fuck with his food. i put a booger underneath one of his pepperonis, then this other guy spit on the dough, THEN....this other guy...took it TOOO FARRR and actually went to the bathroom, jacked off, and put cum on his pizza
when youre 16, its pretty funny but looking back i feel sorry for the kid. you shoulda seen him sitting on his skateboard outside nibbling on that pizza like it was the best ever....
