First off, 3 of every 4 women get yeast infections at least ONCE in their life...so she's probably screwed there anyways. And yeast infections happen when the pH inside the vagina is off. And while yes, the pubic hair protects it and keeps it dry, I'm doubtful that not having any really makes one more prone to getting a yeast infection.
Second, she won't get razor bumps if she shaves WITH the hair growth, and exfoliates her skin.
Third, pubic hair ewwwwwwww!
