Cool Cool sounds by Duderstadt (audio clip inside)! Which synths used you think?!..

Hi,

Following track is HOT apparently in DJ land! Listen to short sample here: http://www.evergreen-terrace.co.uk/mp3/muhanjala.mp3 It's Muhanjala by Duderstadt which where also behind Fragma I believe.

Anybody can tell which synths/VSTi's could have been used for

1/ the gorgeous pad (is the sweeping an effect on top?)
2/ the lovely lead synth
3/ the deep bass sound in that audio clip.

The sounds are very distinctive, so people who have those synths/VSTi's should recognize it.

Which synths/VSTi's would be best for each of those 3 types of sounds?! Thanks!!

1.Atmosphere/Absynth/Virus with a fat filter like Antares for the sweeps
2.V-station/JP80x0/Z3ta
3.Korg Legacy/V-station

What he used I don't know, but this could be reasonably done with the aforementioned software/hardware.

Regarding Atmosphere VSTi, doesn't that only have drones, atmospheres that you play with 1 or 2 fingers only or does it also have the kind of pads that you can play as 3-note chords on your keyboard?!

Demos on Spectrasonic's site are mainly FX drones, anybody could post audio demo of the type of pads in Atmosphere you can play like 3-note chords please?!

Thanks!

Atmosphere has hell-of-alot pads (and strings). Too much choice to make demos, they all sound good in their own way. It's also very reasonably priced software, considering the sound quality. Though it's a terrible resource hog.

But no pain, no gain.
