Just checked our national debt. did you know there's actually a site showing our debt, down to the penny?

Assuming that national debt is repaid at about $4 Bln/year, we're looking at about 20 - 30 years of debt repayment, at aproximate slice of about $25,000 per EVERY person (adult, child, retiree), broken down into convenient monthly payments for the next 360 or so months.

Now, if your family has 4 people, you're looking at your share of $100,000 war tab (not counting the accumulated interest and dollar devaluation). Give or take.

yeah thats if we pay it today! as in the entire balance... add in all the time that it will take to pay it off with interest etc. its a lot more then 8Trill... that will actualy pay... much like when you buy a new car... longer you finance the more your payin overall. we are fuked

Funny, I didn't realize there was no national debt prior to Dubya taking office. $8T for the war alone! Croiky!
