Sun Dance Music Festival - HEADLINER ANNOUNCEMENT
Global Gathering presents Sun Dance Music Festival, which will take place at Montréal’s renowned Beach Club and will give you one more reason to be “living for the weekend”
Sun Dance Music Festival is an incredible new music event taking place in July 2006 at a beautiful location surrounded by water, giving it a true European feel. It will make history as the FIRST EVER two day music festival to boast a line up of superstar DJs and Producers, which we believe will pave the way for the renaissance of festivals in Montreal.
Sun Dance Music Festival will be a two day music festival at the legendary Beach Club in Pointe Calumet, just 30 minutes out of Montreal. The event will take place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd of July 2006 between noon and midnight each day. Headliners include:

Sun Dance Music Festival will highlight the artist programming talent of Angel Music Group, who are responsible for other successful festivals throughout the world called Global Gathering. 2005’s UK event sold out with a record-breaking number of 40,000 people in attendance. Stephane McGarry, the CEO of Godskitchen Canada and Vice President of DKD Events, and Sylvain Berube, as well as his partners from the Beach Club, are also involved in the licensing, production and technical sides of the event. The coming together of these respective strengths will surely add another successful festival to Godskitchen’s global portfolio of events and to the festival goer’s calendar.
Godskitchen Canada has programmed the musical talent for the event to create a fresh new festival for true music lovers. Danny Tenaglia commented on the new event, saying:

Sun Dance Music Festival is the perfect combination of world class talent and will offer festival lovers the chance to let loose - while coming face to face with their dance heroes. The event will be a two-day affair to ensure it boasts an incredible atmosphere and becomes a great way to enjoy the summer.
Sun Dance will feature a quality bill of music entertainment and will include chill out areas, exclusive Element VIP sections, and production that will leave you wanting more. DJ’s from the Montreal area will also be able to perform live in front of the huge crowds, giving them an amazing one off opportunity to gain exposure to new fans.
The Sun Dance Music Festival is a new joint venture from Godskitchen Canada and The Beach Club. This venture will be taking place every summer and will soon become a ritual for all of Montreal’s dance lovers.
Sun Dance Music Festival will feature two stages including the Beach Stage, armed with a mighty sound system, the Angel Stage and the glamorous Element VIP. In addition, there will be over 20 DJs and producers: Godskitchen – where exhilarating tunes lead to complete euphoria, where an astounding array of dance royalty demonstrates why their sets are of the stuff of legends.
