Unless i had a 17" wide laptop or bigger i don't think i'd use the horizontal wav display.

Dunno if i'm just use to the vertical way it looks but i'm not the biggest fan of the horizontal view.

Other then that i've been pretty impressed with the beta, not sure this final release will be THAT much different but i haven't read the release notes.

Fair play to them though. I'm about to get my laptop back in an hour so i'll be straight on my decks then

the one thing i didn't like when i first started using serato was that the waveforms were vertical....

just dl'ed 1.5 last night, will try it out tonight. gotta love the free updates though...rane customer service is impeccable.

it was like that for me in the beginning. now going back to horizontal feels strange

My reasoning behind it all is that my hand movements are vertical most of the time. Therefore i think i find it easier to go up and down to the wave forms rather then see the wave display move across..

Dunno must just be me..

I downloaded the beta a while back, but it was too buggy. I finally dl'd the new release the other day, but I havent had time to try it out. I will this week, can't fuckin wait.
