Junior Admin Assistant – CarFixWORLD
Business Information Group

CarFixWORLD - a division of the Business Information Group Ltd., has an immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and technically comfortable individual to work on all components of a tradeshow taking place on September 30 – Oct 2. This is a 6 month contract position.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, key responsibilities include:

• Entering data
• Sending out contracts, invoices and statements
• Maintaining booth inventory on spreadsheet
• Co-coordinating weekly deposits
• Verify, collecting missing information from exhibitors i.e. logos and listings
• Filing, photocopying and faxing
• Mailing out exhibitor manuals
• Liaising with internal and external suppliers and vendors

Qualifications

• Advance knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Word and Excel
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Familiarity with office machines: faxes, photocopiers and printers
• Trade show /event experience an asset
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
