If you've been over to ytmnd you will see that people are going insane trying to find the name of this song to the point where someone is offering $20 to anyone who can name the artist and track with a full version uploaded.
It was realeased in 1999 and its guitars are synths so all clues point to it being some sort of dance tune. I posted this in the ID forum but this is huge over there and this needs to be ID'd!
