Exclamation Sassot ‘Latex’ (Elixir Remix) [128 Sample]

I’ve just about finished working on a new remix of Sassot’s new track named ‘Latex’.

In keeping with the style of the original track, my remix is deeper and more house-oriented rather than uplifting trance. It keeps some of the original piano and guitar elements but gives the track a deeper, chunkier groove.

Listen below to a sample so far …

All feedback is very much appreciated!

Very solid kick, sounds great. However, the synths are all very thin and there's really no flow to this track at all. When I first heard the piano I thought it was playing through a browser, cuz it just doesn't fit at all. At this point it just seems like a bunch of ideas piled on top of each other.

Can't say I liked this one, sorry man.

Hi John,

I am just starting to post and I know that no one knows me but still I always try listening to all tracks from here and there are some pretty good talents, so then allow me to make a little comment on this one. I just listened to your track and it's ok, that kick is great and bass line is alright, but I don't think that piano is actually fitting there, sorry man but I also agree with Tyler, the piano is not timed correctly. I try imaging the song without the piano and it did not hear so bad at all. I do understand what you where trying to do and I respect that, but try revaluating the piano once more.
Other than that it's quite chill.

Thanks for listening guys! If you can find a sample of the original, I'm sure the comparison will be easier for you.

It certainly made for an an interesting challenge with the guitar and piano elements both playing together. It may change again, so watch this space!

They're just about the only parts of the original still left in the remix! I'll try and get a sample of the original up so you can compare the two ...

EDIT : >Original Mix sample<
