but then that makes no sense because they had cameras and shit when tony was in the hospital so that cant be it

Right at the beginning of the first episode this year it was showing what has changed with alot of the characters. It showed Vito & how he lost alot of weight & was getting proffesional pictures taken. So that was prolly the Thin Club.
