Lake had withheld his verdict in the Lay bank fraud case until the Lay-Skilling jury announced its verdict. Lay faces up to 120 years in prison in that case. "You have reflected on this evidence for the last few days and reached a very thorough verdict, and I thank you," Lake told jurors.
