Which cell phone are you planning on getting next or if you got one like a month ago, which one?

I don't plan on getting a new one until I absolutely need to (if I lose my current one or if it dies). If that happens, I'll just get a cheap one. One that's stable, can make/receive calls and texts, and maybe has a camera. I want a cellphone, not a mobile entertainment center.

Actually, I concur with this. I hate cellphones, I only have one because it's pretty necessary in this age of floppy disks, STD's, and Automatic Fortune Teller Machines with Flammable Whatzits.

I like LG as a company but dislike their phones. Like Samsung I like their TV's but not their phones lol.

Yeah, I don't use mine too often. And I just have a general dislike for the phones that will play MP3s and TV. I thought that you left your house and went around town to get away from TV. Maybe I was wrong, maybe people are that dependent on it. Sad.

To me, and I'm going to sound really fucking old and gay saying this, but I just think cell phones have completely intruded on normal conversation. Especially since I work in retail, people act like assholes when they get on their cellphones and disregard/flat-out ignore what you say to them. It's brought people together the same amount as it's torn people apart. I use it sparingly because I don't like the fact that it's become a staple, for one, and two, I just hate talking on the phone.

Woo for rants.

The Danger Sidekick 3 (they've dropped the roman numeral moniker) will be out shortly. It's a beefed up SKII with an MP3 player, Bluetooth and a few other goodies.

I'm not into those kind of multi-function phones anymore (seeing as I've had the Sidekick for a year and then switched to the SKII when it came out - kept it for 2 years - recently put it up on ebay), though.

My current phone is the Motorola PEBL. Highly recommended for a new phone.
