Anyone get their Ultra DVD in the mail yet?

(I haven't)

uhhh...they had a booth at the event where you were supposed to pick them up.
So I assume they wont be mailing them...

Dude...the video sucks ass! I can't believe it took them that long to make it!

According to the ticket, those who bought tickets there could pick up their DVD's, and those who bought on the website would have them mailed to them.

but when is it gonna be released to the general public?

FYI, the Ultra people aren't exactly known for being rediculously honest and scrupulous. They "said" they would mail them out, but they copped out of that (prolly to save money, cheap effers) and just had them at Ultra instead. I bought my ticket online and picked up my DVD at the event. That's why there were those two sides of the ticket for tearoff. They take one at the door and the other side for the DVD pickup.

So, sucks for you. Shoulda been paying attention.


I still haven't watched it. I think it's stupid anyways. Why do I want a DVD from LAST YEAR's event? I'd prefer one for this year's.

Compared to the previous year's DVD, this one is a joke. It's got about 1/2 the songs and performances, no interviews, and the production looks a whole lot more amateurish.

I haven't seen the previous yr's DVD, so I don't know how good or bad that was. But this one really sucks IMO considering the amount of time they spent "putting it together".

I would much rather prefer a live recording to capture the energy and feel of the event instead of just video set to studio tracks...

As for receiving the DVD in the mail, good luck on that. Maybe you can email ultra and ask them to mail you one. But I ordered my ticket online and picked it up at Ultra too... I actually managed to find some stubs people dropped right by the tent, so I redeemed them for a couple morevand gave them to friends who couldn't go.
