MIDI Keyboard with Reason 2.5 \ Pro53

hey all, i've bought a MIDI keyboard - Evolution MK-449C and i got a few probs with reason \ pro53..

well..it has 9 faders and 8 controllers(knobs) but just 3 controllers are working..why? how can i get them all working?
