Hiking/Camping?

Anyone like going out for walks?
Since its 25oc at cloudless today, me and my gf are going out for a walk through a valley with loads of springs and lakes...should be nice, i'll take some pics while out.

So do you guys have any pics of hiking or camping?

yup.

No pics though. Used to go walking a lot, went walking for the first time in about 4 years a couple of months back and reminded myself how much I love it. Hard to find a chicky who likes it though.

Hard to find anyone who likes it! Hiking is a lonely sport, but I like it anyways. Coolest thing ever is night hiking. If you've got the bucks for it, you can get nightvision, or otherwise just use headlamps and turn them off once in awhile. You get to see so much wildlife at night that you didn't even know existed.

Here I'll provide a virtual hiking trip! If you stick your face up close to the monitor and squint it'll seem like you are really there.

yea i love hiking down biscayne blvd with all the construction and trashy bums and bling bling rides goin by.

haha

i really want to move to the west coast and be able to have some nice mountains.

but yea, i've been on many hiking and camping trips with my dad growing up...even in japan. i hiked mt. fugi. that was a crazy ass trip since there was a typhoon when we were only 3 stations short from the top and i couldn't hike any more. been to yosemite in cali and the grand canyon too. both amazing places. i'm really glad my dad made me do all that stuff.

i love camping so much, it really sucks that u can't really camp in florida. i suppose i could go down to the keys and do the whole beach camping thing, but i prefer driving up into some mountains and being able to hike trails and get that cold mountain air. and have all sorts of wild animal sitings.

i used to go camping a lot w/ family when i was a kid. it was always a lot of fun. last time i went was 3 summers ago w/ some friends. and man we got shitty wasted.

OH! 4 years ago we went to "Lake Mississinewa" in Indiana, and it turns out that the lake was closed! they were doing construction, so the water level was like 20 feet lower and you could barely even reach it by walking [because vegetation had overrun the beach]. it was such a disappointment - but still fun anyways.

best place i ever went was Starved Rock in central Illinois - hiking trails galore
