my body definitely has a strong built in clock. because I work 9:30 - 7:30, I wake up at 6:45 and go to bed at like 10:30. weird thing is that I usually automatically wake up 2 or 3 minutes before my alarm goes off in the morning (even if i have it set to a different time).
And on my days off, I manage to stay up later, but I still wake up at the same time. i hate it. blah.
