Here's an Idea. It would probably best server it's purpose as a sticky.

We make a chart out of tunes that are on this forum. The best tunes avaivable. Should be updated frequently, and no tune should be on it for too long. How to do this practically is one thing entirely though.

The rules should be that you MUST follow the suggestions on naming threads though, so we only get the serious producers. That's my opinion though. Talk away about this.


Would a chart be useful?
How to arrange this practically? Voting-system? Jury? Both?
Who would be the administrator of the chart? (I myself are pretty active, but maybe not that active)
Rules? Genre-devided? 'Bubblers'?

And so on...

Sounds like a good idea to me though. Something to aim for for the producers here too.

Yeah, I've thought about that. Still, the oldest threads got most reviews logically, so it's doesn't give a fair view.

I'm talking about a couple of people that listens to the tracks. If they hear an intresting track, they put it on the chart.

I agree with the others ,,, basically, a nice idea though but i dont think its very practicable. The replys posted counter is like a chart

The only way I could imagine a nice chart is a voting system, say every month. A thread where any producer can post his track in, and in the end of the month there is a vote where the users can vote for their favorite track. I think that would be fun, but I am not sure if participation wouldnt go down over time.
