Nope. I be a real person from Vancouver. Infact...I use to walk past the CJSF station every once in a while when I was at SFU. So in a nutshell, you're 'so obviously' wrong about this being a 'fake' thread. And as for self-promotion....ain't no law against that is there? Aqua...try not to haterade and be so negative u twat. ps - thank you for the welcome messages apri & dc ajaxs!! it's obvious that you two know how to welcome someone new to the forums. *take note aqua....you might learn a thing or two from apri and dc ajaxs. lol!

Very sorry Iqy. Considering the amount of spam posts we get for internet radio shows, you could very easily have been another spammmer. I checked out your myspace and the radio station you play at and everything. You seem like a pretty normal and cool guy. Why dont you tell us some stuff about yourself... how long have you been playing, do you go out to parties in vancouver, what sort of equipment do you use to dj, do you make you own dance tracks, etc.

No worries Aqua m8. It's all cool. I've been to a number of gigs in van city. The last one being @ Cyber when Scott Bond was in town. What a memorable set he played that night. Also have seen Ferry, Thrillseekers, Andy Moor, Askew and Armin this year too. Missed Van Dyk & Tiesto tho. Ah well...can't win em all eh. In a nutshell...I haven't been playing all that long. 8 months to be exact. Prior to November 2005, the only mixing I ever did was either in the kitchen or with whatever was in the liquor cabinet. nuff said. hahaha Been listening to trance & EDM for about 3 years and November of last year started messing around with mixing a few tracks. My first few sets were ..... well... let's not talk about those ones shall we. :P It took me a bit of time to get the hang of things, but 2 months later (Feb 2006), I was featured on ETN.fm show 'Rising Stars'. That translated into a monthly residency at trancemixers.com...the monthly spot turned into a bi-monthly spot and then into my own weekly radio show (Trancefixation). I also have a residency @ www.urtrancezone.com Suffice to say...it's been a busy few months, but it's such a blast mixing tunes for ppl to listen to and n'joy!

I just finished putting together my summer 2006 CD with all the lastest and best tracks played so far this year. I'll post a download link to it in a seperate thread for everyone to enjoy!!!
