what bugs is it supposed to cover? and how good is this OS over the older one?

Seems like most problems got ironed out, excpet for the arps. Even the remote is functional. I'm getting mine in two weeks

Still a Tab bit glitchy, but I havnt restarted it yet. I bought the Polar cuz it looks hawt and seski. but from when it was working it was freaking sweet. real time control over the virus from your DAW.

I've had it installed for a few days now and haven't experienced any problems. I haven't tested out any of the new features yet though, anyone have a link to documentation on them?

My TI is now completley useless, 1.1 HATES my creative asio drivers =(

I'm not the only one, seems 1.1 has killed a couple of peoples TI. I don't know whether to send back my ti for a new one (access said I should consider my hardware might be faulty..), new soundcard, or downgrade back to 1.9.

Im not sure how good creative sound cards are as far as for recording. I know i use M-audio and its been good to me, I just bout the 192? or 142 er somthing like that. havnt installed it yet but the TI isnt useless, just depends on what you do with it thats all.

How do you mean? It isnt possible for an OS update to kill your Virus?

Ive switched off my Virus mid OS update. It didnt work afterwards (obviously) but a hard reset and reupdate gets it back on track just fine.

Well it killed the TI part of it.. It still works as long as I dont use the vst plugin. But I had songs going using the plugin, now I can't work on them =(

So why dont you reset the OS and go back to the last version that worked?

lol, no version has ever worked.. trying to arrange and seqeucne once you have 3-4 parts going at once means having to press the panic button every couple minutes to stop hanging notes or getting off synch from midi clock. but 1.1 doesn't work for me at all, hanging notes like every couple seconds, and i've had to restart just to get it to work again. I can use the Virus Ti Asio drivers, but then you can only use analogue outs, and everything in cubase goes through your virus outputs.. Going back to 1.9 it is for me I guess till I get a new soundcard.
