How Do I Produce Like Armin van Buuren

OK, I dont really wanna produce like Armin does but I know the topic title will generate more people to view

So this is my first post in this part of the forum, I have recently got into producing and im just using my PC right now. Im using Reason 3.0... The reason I post this topic is because im having serious trouble coming up with some decent sounding Basslines and I was wondering if you guys have any hints, tips or tutorials that could help me out in creating some decent ones?

P.S I used the search and it came up with nothing!

Thanks in advance
TazZ-erT

Break in to his house and steal his stuff. You'll be producing kick ass things in no time.

You cannot learn in a day what’s taken people years to learn. Lots of producers on here won’t give away their secrets when they have sweated blood and tears to make this sound or make that sound.
Most producers on here are perfectionists and will help to a certain degree, but can only offer help and advice, but cannot tell you how to make music.
You need to get stuck in and start tweaking sounds and start making your own sounds, make tunes and get reviews then listen to what the reviews have to say and make some more tunes.
Eventually you will start to get better and start to produce some really amazing quality tracks; it might have taken you two years to do it!
Then you will get a newbie asking you how to make music like this Dj or that producer, and it’s taken you two years to learn everything you know and this newbie wants to learn it all in one day?

Comes with time young friend.

You can't rush these things, you learn, keep learning....about everything and one day you'll be able to put them together to make a track.

When playing with reason, dont try and make a track but just play around with malstrom and subtractor and effect units and after time you will know them well and be able to put them together!

Hope this helps!
