your problems have been solved. Just go to the link below and click on download(site may take a bit to open) and install the software. They allow live streaming of several tv channels including espn, espn2 and abc. The streaming is pretty decent.

Yea brilliant mate, the reason I can't watch the world cup at work is cos video streaming is blocked!!
