I used to do it every few days..
The problem was:
1) I was on vacation for a week
2) The last day of hosting on my 'old' server was Feb 28 - so I had moved everything off on Feb 27 already - so this happened at the WORST time because it was right after I had switched and I had no backup done yet on the new server (and I erased what was on the old one)...
shit happens - but it wasn't so bad.. it could have been a lot worse - but I had all critical stuff backed up :P
