offbeat lead synth in Mysteria Theme

anyone know whats goin on with that lead synth in The Mysteria Theme (played in a wes johnson set) by Sebastian Brandt???? the one after the break...sorry i do not know how to upload a sample...but if you know the tune you know the synth...it sounds very rippy or farty or something hehe........later
