move where? the midwest where there are multiple yearly tornados? The south or east where they have massive yearly hurricanes? Or how about england where water surrounds the country and where the surface level will rise due to melting caps?
Ive lived in cali my whole life and while we have an occasional earthquake (one that we can feel perhaps once every 5 or 10 years), Im definitely less worries about our quakes than what the rest of the world has to deal with...

Actually, people who really need to worry are those living in a coastal area around the pacific ocean because of the huge tsunami that will be generated. That includes the Northwest US, all the way to Japan, etc.
