Sad Troubles with Numark DXM01USB!

Hello everybody! I'm a reader of this forum, and a wannabe dj/producer from Argentina.

I've recently bought a Numark DXM01 USB Mixer (http://instrumentpro.com/P-NUMDXM01USB.html) , and it's driving me crazy..

When I try play something from my computer, for example a single instance of a Winamp, it plays for a minute or so and crashes the program. The same happens with Windows Media Player, BPM Studio, Fruity Studio..

So, I thought maybe it was because my old soundcard (Soundblaster Live 5.1!), and installed my onboard soundcard C-MEDIA. The same still happen.. i've reinstalled the USB Driver of my Motherboard too, and the same..

Someone has this mixer and could make it work with the pc in an stable way?

Sorry my bad english, i'm very disappointed with this.. wanna mix =(

cheers!

Thanks for the reply!

I have a pentium 4 2.4 Ghz, 1GB RAM, an Sound Blaster Live 5.1 (or the onboard C-MEDIA), mother Asus P4B533..

I'm afraid that this is something wrong with the hardware, could a bad configuration cause this troubles?
