I've had the same problems with mine, although at first it was to do with the cheap CDRs I was buying. Tesco CDRs may be cheap, but they're cheap for a reason!! If your CDs aren't scratched, are a decent brand (TDK, JVC etc) then the only other thing I can recommend is a lens cleaner. I bought one for about £7 ($15) and it is a CD with tiny brushes on the underside. I put it in, 10 seconds later I ejected and the CDJs worker fine. I carry this round with me now and use it in all the players I use before putting my cds in there. It says on the lens cleaner case that it should be used for every 10 hours of playback, which clearly doesnt happen in any clubs I know of, or many bedrooms! |
Hmmm I seem to remember reading somewhere that you're specifically NOT supposed to use those cleaners with the cdjs
