[Melodic Trance] Cybernetika - Megafluid (320kbps)

Hey,
a new track is ready for presentation. A one night and one day's work called "Megafluid". This time a pretty generic Melodic Trance track, not nearly as twisted or as dark as the stuff I usually make. But I just wanted to see if I can produce that kind of stuff too... I just felt like doing it.

"Megafluid"
Length: 6:02
Filesize: 14 MB
Bitrate: 320 kbps
Equipment used: FL Studio 6, ReFX Vanguard, rgc z3ta+.

The link:

Hope you enjoy!

Very nice! Good melody and I like the atmosphere. But it may sounds better in a lower tempo? Anyway, it`s well done!

I liked the sound of this a lot. I had to give it a listen because I've enjoyed your past productions and was curious as to what you would come up with for a different style.

I can hear a lot of your psy influence in this track, which makes for a nice touch. It turned out great! It has the dark acidy background elements but the track as a whole is melodic and moving.

Would love it if you could give my track a listen as well. http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...threadid=356774

Thanks, and great track!

The melody is a bit weird, sounds kind of asian.
Good kick, could maybe use more mid range punch.
Off beat bass is boring but it does work.
Excellent percussion.
The psy elements are good, but I don't think they blend in well.
While the overall production is good I feel the track lacks warmth and atmosphere that is common with melodic trance.

If this is melodic Trance, then I love it. The track hits off with a acidy layer @ 0.40 & the initial vibe is that this is going to be a psy piece... The track evolves into a melodic dark trance piece. The arps create great atmosphere & have a very 'cybernetika' sound. The main riff eventually comes in @ 3:00, and lightens the tune. Beautiful thick pads! Compared to some of your twisted dark creations, this has some nice chords and doesn't rely on FX to push it through, a nice change. Nice crescendo of sorts @ 4:30. This track has excellent flow. Great layering & finishes nicely from 5:00. All in all it has good structure.

I agree with Eldritch's comments. I think for the purpose of this tune, though with basic offset pattern, the bass works. Maybe just turn mid range punch of the kick a touch.

Nice work mate, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your comments on this track, guys. I probably never will get rid of my Psy influences, even if I try to
About the bass, I tried very hard with the bass and wanted to give it a different pattern, but in the end I just ended up with that kind of standard offbeat bass adding most drive.. so...

hey cyber! nice track. reviewing as i listen, i like the hi-hats... the kick starts good. 1:20 i like that synth that comes in... yeah i agree with the others. it has a psy influence, wich i like. 2:53 i like the break-down very good that background synth that slowly builds up is ver energetic. but the part where the kick jumps in could have been a bit heavier imo. the outro of this track is good.. very easy to mix in with other tracks. keep up the good job. me like!

I wouldnd call this melodic trance, more than it is PsyTrance.
Still, a good tune

Hey, it sounds ok, its realy kinda weird, original though, the strings have a too "steely" sound, try to filter it a bit. effects are good, typical psy elements its pretty nice ! theres only a bassline melody transition i dont like so much, i dont think it fits to the rest, but the rest is ok, liked it btw, i like asian sounding melodies hehe

cheerz

hey, how are you??

this is, as always, really neat, the pads are killing me . that bass reminds me of "shiva chandra - creature".

you can really hear the mega fluid
break around 2:50, waiting for some crazy melody... not dissapointed. i still smell psy... solid.

anyways, catch you later...
