Some of each. Just as long as it is what it's supposed to be. In other words, if it's a place with a huge, open floor & centered around the dj, it's supposed to be packed & crazy. If it's a nicer, more intimate place with a good layout, it's supposed to be relaxed & have fewer people. As long as that's true, the better the music, the more I enjoy it. If I had to choose between seeing one of my 5 favorite DJ's @ a great lounge-type place or a massive, completely unrestrained pit of hedonism...that's a problem I'd like to have. Variety makes the difference.
