Not exactly the same words , but it might by Joey Negro - Make a Move On Me (Original Mix).

im pretty sure its not that song. It definately had "kiss me, kiss me." It also definately had those lyrics. The trance song had a girl singing. I searched it in various ways also; i tried 'i wanna' instead of 'i want to' and everything. it had a really hott beat too.
