DOn't even know how I have this song, but when I was a kid, so about ten years ago, I used to tape a lot of stuff. Anyhoo, I have an old tape of song 90s beats and one song is pure heaven. It uses Strauss' Waltz Blue Danube (Thats classical music, btw) as a sample rather evidently and frequently, in fact its like a techno version of the waltz.
