Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties...inspired by the wedding picture thread
So how do you feel about them?
Is it really necessary? I know this is probably a really negative attitude to have, but I pretty much assume that all guys (especially the real typical, cliche' type...ex frat boy with all his buddies in town for the wedding, bla bla bla) are going to cheat that night with one of the stippers. It's like this understood normal part of getting married or something. Like it's the last night you have of being "single". Umm, not really...you haven't been "single" since you put a ring on her finger...and even before that when you were a serious "item".
It's just messed up. If anything, I think the whole group should go out together and party it up. Sorta like how Carmen Electra and her man did it. That was hot.
Even if you trust your man ladies, rest assured he has at least one guy friend in the group who is going to be egging him on with the strippers and getting him wasted...thinking that he is performing some duty to him as a friend.

I have attened 6 stag parties (including my own). Not one of the grooms cheated on his fiancee. Not one of the invitees encouraged the groom to cheat on his fiancee. Only two of the parties involved strippers and all agreed that was the low point of the night.
I think women believe stag parties are much more clandestine and raunchy then they actually are. Usually it's a lot of drinking, joking, idle chatter, some food, and in the case of the crackheads I hang out with a lot of drugs.

That's exactly what my best friend did. She met her husband while working as a stripper (LOL), so we all went to the place she used to work at.

I've had hosted for me, and I have hosted, bachelor parties that involved no cheating or stripping of any kind, and it was loads of fun with no guilt.
Plenty of alcohol though, lol.

a douche husband would do such a thing, sure. But the way I look at it, why would I want to do something as stupid as fucking a random stripper the night before I make the most important commitment of my life to a woman I love? That would tarnish the whole wedding in my mind, ruining it with guilt and regret bottled up inside.

well i guess it depends on the couple. as for me...i'm not exactly thinking about marriage in my life at this point with my current boyfriend...but hypothetically speaking, i pretty much trust him 110%. not only that, but he just doesn't really hang out with "those" kind of guys either.
but generally speaking, i just always think the guys want to get that last screw in and think that it's ok.

Jaime, you need to stop watching tv
I went to a buddy's bachelor party in NY...it was fucking sick! We drank ALOT, did alot of drugs, dropped alot of tracks in the hotel room (we're all djs ) and went to Crobar for Sander K where we consumed more alcohol and drugs. The only person that hooked up was one of the grooms friends...who oddly enough, had a girlfriend. But yeah, no strippers and cheating husbands. This isn't "Very Bad Things"

It's not the last screw, but it's your last chance to do it before risking losing half your stuff.
