I have no news about this genre (thank goodness)...
The only people that listen to it in America are a small group of raver kids. How is it in Europe and the rest of the world?
i personally HATE it. but if u like it, that's cool.

nothing is dead...every electronic gender survives always in the underground D&B is i think popular in UK, but ya mostly North America...i like D&B and its 100x better than jungle...
you silly bastards. jungle is not dead, neither is dnb. there is a great scene here in canada. it's all about sick, hard, fast dark jungle.

1) Thats not true, trance, house and techno are more repetitive on beats than jungle/dnb. Hence jungle/dnb is harder to mix
2) agreed
3) i do
4) pretty interesting stuff and lots of energy with phat bass lines and very unique

I think that the jungle scene is growing. Definalty a lot here in the U.S.A. but I always look at the lineup's for all of the festivals in other countries, and they always have a sick jungle lineup too!
Personally, I like it for a little while, but then I can't stand it anymore. I couldn't take a whole night of it. It's cool though, I'm glad that it exists.

Now that I think of it, more of my friends that listen to electronic music are more into jungle then anything, and some of my friends ONLY listen to jungle. I think their crazy But trance is my favorite by far, and always will be.
