Online retailer. Get a quote from a local Panasonic distributor - check the Pan website for your country. It will be cheaper.
Part # : VR303 - SFDZ122N11
You can buy the mk3 control with no click, but it is cheaper to buy the mk2 and take the ball out (it's not hard but you'll need a solder iron, and solder sucker). Note however that removing the click will not alter the turntables reaction around the zero point. To do that you need to alter the quartz circuit (ie remove the quartz lock).
Not sure of your reason for wanting to change, but I can tell you that the pitch control has a simple contact point inside, and it is possible to just clean it rather than replace it.

This tute is for a mixer fader, but it is the exact same principle. If your up to doing it, read through it first (there is a 1200's refernce in there somewhere). It is quite a simple procedure, and will save you the cash (assuming you already have access to a solder iron and sucker - if not they are a good investment anyway as you can make your own leads, etc).
Any questions, just ask.
