this track was inspired from been ibiza (been in amenisa)

first time going over ibiza this year partying and over stayed my visit with few friends working there.
i started this track before going away to ibiza, well the kick and some bassline basically..

but after been in amenisa and hearing djs such as avb, ferry, pvd and the warm-up djs aswell but for some reason the names dont come up who's playing.so sorry dont no know the warm up djs were.but were just as good

so the past 2-3 days now and have only be so depressed since getting home.so this track i put together was inspired from been in amenisa with the few other thousands clubbers that were there on the nites i went to and went crazy to the music and also paris hilton who happen to be at pvd nite who was up where the dancers do be giving it loads.was anybody else there that nite? and what they thought .so this is what i came up with to remind me of ibiza and the type of music that i thought was been played played the nites i went to

im happy with the track for the moment and im going to leave it for few days and give my ears a rest then come back to it.

think its time i got some feedback on the track and let me no what you think of it..

cheers gosher

the kick and bass has to get more "oomph" to them. they don't really have too much lower end frequencies in them. might be the monitors you are using which makes it seem like they have a lot of bass. some mixing needs to be done so that you may get everything to blend more better. that one cymbal at the beginning of some bars with the delay on it is too loud. This track does remind me of the more classic trance...which isn't a bad thing at all. I enjoy this kind of sound. the pad at 3:57 is nice. the track ends at 8:01 but the file doesn't end until 8:27. gonna have to fix that.

pros- Nice synths
Good atmosphere
percussion is pretty good
Reminds me of some classic stuff

cons- Kick and bass need the lower end frequencies to be boosted
Needs a bit more mixing on some parts
Icecream sandwiches are tasty as hell but can be bad if you eat too much of them
.

cheers for the feedback tayorR and now can work on improving the track some more.

after reading what you wrote and listening to the track again think the kick and bass probaly have to muck low end rolled off them so can fix that with eq.what monitors did you listen on? im using m-audio bx5

for the mixing im going try work harder on blending in the parts better with each other in places after what you said.

and the crash is tap to loud so can bring it down a db or two.

anybody else take a listen?

im listened to it on some cheap ass computer speakers (which i got when we bought the comp) that is pretty flat as far as sounds go and i also listened to it on headphones which allowed me to hear everything. just wanted to make sure on some parts here and there.

hey man this has a good melody. the onl problem is that sounds very flat you gotta give more bass to it and the kick and the percussion are great but the same thing, it doesnt get the feeling that needs try other kick or some kicks simultaneous and give some bass to it.

but overall its very good idea that yo have created
