Alcatech BPM Studio 4 Pro

hey guys

recently, i purcahsed bpm studio 4 pro. i want to use this program for pre-parties, right before i start dj-ing/spinning on my decks.

my question is quite simple; how to? ... how does the program work? i know it sounds kinda stupid to first purchase, and then not knowing how to use it. i've spent some 1 or 2 hrs up till now, but i cant get it working.

i basically want to do this. in the 'pre-praty', i use a laptop (connected to my mixer), on which i play some random number of mp3's, all sorts of genre's, but mostly EDM. when i import some mp3's into bpm studio, i want it to play those mp3's, using the beatmatch function and a crossfaders, so it will smoothly play mp3's after each other. so i just insert some mp3's, plress play, and want the program to play those mp3's, without me constantly watching/looking around if it plays them in the way i want.

can anyone help me? i use win xp pro sp2, and i only have the software of bpm studio, no external controls (dont know their names)

thnx in advance for any help!

thamaestro a.k.a. huub

1 or 2 hours???!!

Rome was not built in a day. Get back to work!

EDIT - well maybe that's a bit harsh, but almost any software is gonna take more than 2 hours work before you want to turn it loose even on a pre-party job. Although maybe iTunes would do the job, that's what my friends use for pre-party, and party tunes when nobody wants to do the DJing (too busy drinkin eatin smokin & schmoozin).
