Rave

I checked the search but couldn't really find anything. I was wondering if anyone could help me by suggesting some acid house and rave tracks, like late 80s early 90s get fucked up music you would hear at a rave. Thanks.

Well I wasn't there at the time, so what I suggest mightn't actually be 'how it was' but I reckon you're after Prodigy, Praga Khan, Shamen, some old Moby stuff, Altern8...

Go for albums like Marusha - Raveland and Blümchen - Herzfrequenz, that's a bit like reading German rave history..

try some of this:
a guy called gerald - voodoo ray
adonis - no way back
moments of ecstasy - wanna get out
psychic tv - infinite
and maybe some early man with no name and 808 state tracks

Erm, Turn Up The Bass started with hiphouse and some clubby stuff and got more and more mainstream by the volume. Not really rave-like if you ask me.

Marusha would be more towards rave, but I'll leave this for the (German?) experts.

No, please read the question (late 80's Acid-House). The first 6 cd's of the Turn Up The Bass series also contained Acid-House. This is were I refer to. Also these first 6 cd's were known of there colour (yellow, green, pink..etc) and the Smilies on the cover. Smilies almost = Acid.

But on the later versions (there were 25 Turn Up The Bass cd's)also The Prodigy, Shamen and Moby were present. These 3 already have been mentioned.

Marusha indeed is a perfect Rave example. In fact in the mid 90's Germany was Raveland. Westbam, Randy, Interactive, Scooter and many, many more.
