I have a working relationship with some of the guys at MSFT. I think they are actually pretty innovative when it comes to their design and logic. I would assume most of their suite applications are designed for the average user. And if Word is a problem for you either your too much of an average joe to use it (meaning your a noob) or there are limitations to Word in which you expect it to do things it's not designed to do. So either you are a computer dummy or a leet programmer, you should know what the application does for you and not expect it to do certain things, there are other applications that serve a better purpose you just got to find them.
