Your feelings on trance music present day?

How do you guys feel about trance music right now. It seems like it is drifting off and becoming more "housey" feel now. Also, bpm's are slowing down. I hope trance doesnt turn INTO house

All the "trance" music now doesn't really feel all that trancy to me anymore. I think it's good that we're mixing new genres into trance music, but personally it's not my taste of music.

I feel the same, i can see some nice trancy tracks poppin up again! It starting to get more... independent again. I had the feeling before, that it all was about the "big names" and not the music. Cus in my opinion, most of what is coming out from "avb, tiesto or whatevere" is, exuse the words, but pure shit! Theres nothing there that gets me, no feelings in it!

Anyway, i hope the trend will turn! Cus, as sad as it may sound, thats what tance music has become, some kind of a trend competition. But i say fuck that trend! :P

Oops, sorry for all the strong words, but i always get so emotional in these subjects!

I think when you've heard too much of a GOOD thing you start to see through it and it loses some of that emotional grip it can have on you.

I enjoy a more varied style of music now than I used to but my all time favorite trance/dance tracks will never lose their energy:

Deep Dish - Say Hello (Angello/Ingrosso Remix)
Nordlicht vs. Anergy - In Music
Planet Funk - Come Alive
BT - Remember
Axwell - Feel The Vibe

let's keep trance alive forever....yuk...yuk
