Read This! whole foods/half foods

what is your stance on organic foods and regular foods? i would just like a consensus. i like the whole foods/bread and circus supermarket but i definitely don't only eat organic food. i personally don't understand the recycled toilet paper and soy cookies, but i won't knock on it. sometimes i think some of the stuff is pretentious, but like i said i won't scream about it. i do like their fruits and vegetables and a small amount of other stuff they have. i like the regular supermarket too because i can buy a lot of tastier foods too.

so whole foods or "half foods" for you?

I stick with regular foods. It's affordable and if you have a good diet in general, it doesn't do you any harm.

I'm still questionable to why organic food is more expensive compared with whole foods. If it's because it involves more effort to keep them pristine of bugs and infections without pesticides, then fair enough, but it still shouldn't be that expensive. I guess that's just the marketing industry.

Still, regular foods ftw.

yeah i can see why it should be a tad bit more expensive becase there's more of a risk not using those chemicals to protect the crop. some things there are a bit pricey but i guess it is worth it sometimes. one time i was in the grocery line and there was a woman in front of me that spent 404.00$ on groceries and they weren't even that many items! it might have been equivalent to a 150.00-200.00 price tag at a regular store.

i noticed some of their stuff is cheaper than what it would be sold at at a regular supermarket.

I only eat raw fish and I only drink organic wheatgrass juice. My diet is so pure I don't even poop anymore.

Next time I go shopping, I might try something organic, as a change. Might make me appreciate the country folk.

I bought an organic banana recently because it was in better shape than the normal ones.

I try to buy organic food whenever I can, and shopping at Whole Foods, I always do.

But If I don't find organic I settle for regular food, because it doesn't make much of a difference.

Until I see a USDA/FDA study that proves organic food being far superior over whole foods, I'm sticking to whole foods. If I want organic foods, I usually go to Panera Bread for lunch. And, let's just say I've had better sandwiches at a NY delicatessen.
