BT - This Binary Universe

I went and saw BT last night present his latest production 'This Binary Universe'. He had some good commentary and it was interesting to hear what he has been up to lately. The video is pretty cool. I'm still trying to get used to his new style of music though. It's a lot more experimental (think Aphex Twin).

Anyways, I have a copy of it now on DVD and will be holding a special screening at Dave's Mom's House. Call me for directions (it's a lot cheaper than using her 900 number)

I know where it is. But I usually don't go there until after 2am.

Where is Dave to defend himself.

Oh wait. He's on Myspace shamelessly promoting himself right now.

Please don't ever compare BT with Aphex Twin...

a very handy tool for use on tweek (just tried it, works like a charm) is the ignore button. just go to the profile and add them to the ignore list and their posts no longer interrupt the regular flow of conversation. thanks tweek, been wanting to try that.

I honestly wasn't too impressed when he came to houston in feb. He was one of my original favorites back in 2000 getting into the scene. He had one hell of a performance at the L.A. Coliseum on NYE 2001 and probably the only time I've ever seen a stadium of 70,000 people jumping at once. Though most of the material I heard from him then was his ESCM work and his collaborations with Paul van Dyk.

Started to lose interest after Movement in Still Life. My 0.02. If he's coming back around I'll give anyone a fair chance.
