Who is that on the male vocals? Does anyone remember a late 80's group call the psychedelic furs? Does he not sound just like that guy?

It's not Dave is it? I know that he sang backup on a couple of earlier tracks a long time ago and did some other stuff. But that raspy voice doesn't sound like him.
