Big Red God: Story of the Bouncy Distortion Ball (fullon-psy)

http://www.rave.ca/?s=music_info&i=2996

Hi all, this is one of my latest tracks, some kind of dancefloor psy I could say, bouncy kick, bouncy bass, distorted synths, and psy percs is what this song is about.
I appreciate any comments

I made this with cubase

okee dokey nice minimal trippy start....
your fx layers always impress me
some acid squelch around 1:20, tholid.
melodyish thing rolls in around 2:30 mins

around 4:40.... sounds crazy..... for some reason, reminds me of space tribe stuff....buildup for 5:30. wow.... you have a very driving production... makes for good listening

I like the way it starts out.

I don't like the loudness of the bass. It sounds like another kick, so it makes the song seem a bit too fast. I like the gated vocal sample, though.

The acid is cool.

This song is a real journey. Lots of trippy sounds all throughout, and very driving. I like this a lot, although the mixing near the end started to get shaky because so much was going on.

This is pretty cool man, the ping pong delays are very fun. Your kickdrum intro is ver nice. If you keep this up I'm gonna keep your track on my playlist.

I like the playful FXs you have going on. It has a somewhat progy sound to it, maybe it make for good morning trance.

Well you did well.

You where lucky i posted when did, cause now you are gonna get bumped up to the top.

Maybe take a look at my Full on Psy trance please, thanks.

nicely reverbed and arranged percussions / fx. you have some mindtwisting cosmosis-like acidlines. that sudden change at 3:45 is great. and again it builds up. 4:38 also very nice.

listening:

i like the intro, sounds full.. nice wierd effects, and great acid lines.. the drive is, as mention.. great..

i like melodies in psy and yours works nice..

but what kind of artist name is "yeah" not very subtle in my opinion.

for the rest, this track sounds pretty finished and i wouldnt had any problem adding this to my harddrive.. how do u psy dudes makes ur wierd cool synths ?

the part at 5:30 is very cool.. full on stuff.. great stuff this is.. i hope to hear more from you in the future..

keep it up

Intresting track, very cool sounds! Great job with them.
The pad at ~3 mins sounds kinda cheap, i would work some more with it.
You need more drums, sounds very weak..
The kick is hidden somewhere behind, bring it forward by adding some treble on it, maybe pitch it.. Try to make it cut through the bassline instead of baking them toghether.
I would also like the bassline to have more mids..

Except from that i think you've done a great job, especially on the synths.

Keep it up!

//Alexander
