Get the IBAN code of the bank/account where you're sending the money, then go into the bank and make a wire transfer. You will most likely be charged a hefty fee for an international transfer, no idea how much though.
You might need some other shit too, so give your bank a call and see what they need.

yup, plus (in theory) bank tellers know what they are doing so theres less chance of them fucking up like you would.
As for the fees, if your bank's like mine (which is normally pretty good with fees) it'll be a fee for using a live teller to do the transfer ($30) vs the fee for an international transfer done via their website ($20), well 10 bucks difference is nothing so you may as well get them to do it.
Having done a decent size international transfer a few weeks ago, you usually need the IBAN, and something called a BIC. They may also want the name of the bank (I think this is the BIC but mine still wanted the name of the bank as well). If they insist you need the address of the bank, tell them to look it up cos they will have access to it.

Shit, I only wanted to send over 47 euros as well. If the banks here in the UK charge a similar amount to send a transfer using a live teller then thats the equilvilent of charging an extra £15 to send £31 (47 euros)

depends entirely on your bank. I would be surprised if yours is as much, I thought $30 was a bit exorbitant.
