ok the one clue i have for this song is, the vocal says "put ur hands up for detriot" and also it names a bunch of cities. i think it's pretty popular tune, thanks!

there is the original "Put your hands up for detriot" by Freddy le Grande

then there is the remix which is the TV Rock V Dirty South remix which has all the different cities in the tune.. definitely prefering the remix at the moment.

oh there is another version that i heard on a radio 1 thing where it was "put ur hands up for ibiza" with some crazy delay on it creating a nice effect.
